Attention Parents: There are two new Immunization Rules that will affect many
CCS students. Beginning with the 2010-2011 school year:
ALL ENTERING Kindergarten, ALL 6th Grade students, and ALL students changing school districts must have two doses of Varicella vaccine or history of Chicken Pox.
ALL Students 11-18 years of age who change school districts or are enrolled in the 6th grade must have one dose of Meningococcal (MCV4 or MPSV4) vaccine and one dose of Tetanus/Diptheria/Acellular Pertussis (TDAP) vaccine.
