Instructions

Get Ready:

You are going to develop a travel brochure and a commercial to promote your favorite planet.
Get Set:
You will need paper, pencil, and art supplies to make a travel brochure.

Imagine the year is 2011 and it is possible to travel throughout the solar system.  You're a public relations expert for Solar System Tour, Inc.  Your job is to develop a travel brochure and radio or television commercial to convince people to visit your favorite planet.

Go:
Use TRUE FACTS plus your ideas to convince people to include your tour in their vacation plans.  Be sure to describe not only the planet the visitors will see, but also the transportation they will take and their accommodations on the planet.
Finish:
Tape record or videotape your commercial.  Present your project to the class.
The following facts/ items need to appear in your brochure.  If these items are not included, points will be deducted.
