    Happy Birthday today to!

    Seniors: Make sure you have your caps and gowns with you tomorrow for the assembly. All seniors need to report to the Cafeteria tomorrow by 8:55 AM with your caps and gowns. Stop in the main office and pick up your graduation tickets in case of inside graduation on June 2nd. Also remember that you need to create your own personal Google account and save anything you want to keep from your school account and update any contacts with your own personal Gmail contact. Please also take care of any fines or materials that are due to CHS.

    Seniors: Join us for Fun Night tonight at 7 PM in cafeteria. Pizza will be provided. Slide show of memories and Mock Awards. Come hang out with you classmates one last time.

    Students who attend the BACC in the afternoon, remember that today is your last day of PM Careers Center classes. If you must stay at CHS to ride a bus home at the end of the day after Thursday, please remain in the library.

    All 10th Grade Early College students, you will have a meeting during focus hour today in the library to clarify your summer and fall classes at KCC.

    A reminder for sophomores wanting to take the PSAT/NMSQT on October 16: Please sign up with Mr. Nastally. Your English teachers have the form to be completed. Cost is $17.

    All Interested Seniors and Staff Members: Register to vote! Tomorrow during 1st Hour in Mr. Stevens's room, Rm. 148. Please bring a picture identification with you. Exercise your civic responsibility and register!

    CHS has two new all-inclusive dumpsters on site, so we can now put plastic and metal along with paper products in our recycle containers located in our rooms. This will allow us to expand our recycling program going forward. Thank you for your support in helping the environment...Think Green.

    Sign up today on the Choir Room door for Balladiers auditions. Students need to be registered for band or choir next school year in order to audition. Auditions will take place May 28, 29, and 30. Students should prepare 30 seconds of a song to sing and be prepared to sight read a simple musical excerpt. If there are any questions, please see Mrs. Doubblestein.

    Color Guard tryouts for the 2019 Fall Marching Band Season will be May 28-30 from 3:15-5 PM in the CHS Band Room. Any current 9th, 10th or 11th Grader is welcome and encouraged to try out! Hope to see you there!

    We now have only 30 yearbooks left. If you want to order, please stop by and see Ms. Feldpausch in Rm. 136.

    There will be a quick meeting on May 29th at 3 PM for anyone interested in swimming next year.

    Schedules and forms for girls summer basketball activities are available in the Athletic Office for all freshmen, sophomores, and juniors interested in playing basketball next season. Forms need to be returned to the athletic office by May 27th.

    Any girls in interested in playing on a summer U16 soccer team should see Mrs. Langer for more information and to sign up.

    Students interested in taking Segment One drivers education with Coach B's Driving School: He has created a new class starting in September. Since the June class is full, you can sign up for the September class by going to Coach B's website. There is a limit to the number of registrations, so sign up now.
