    Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences: Next week a link will be published which will allow parents to schedule virtual conferences with the various CHS teachers between 12-3 PM and 4-7 PM on Wednesday, November 4th and between 4-7 PM on Thursday, November 5th.

    November 4th is also the date for conferences for BACC students from 12-7 PM. Only AM BACC students will attend the BACC on Wednesday, November 4th.

    Picture Retake Days: Student pictures have been returned and will be handed out to students starting this Thursday. Please follow the directions in the picture packets in regards to the retake process on November 10 and 12. Cardinal Academy students may pick up their pictures in the front office of CHS and may attend retakes on either the 10th or 12th.

    THANKSGIVING WEEK SCHEDULE:

    • Monday, November 23rd will be a RED TEAM day.
    • Tuesday, November 24th will be a WHITE TEAM day.
    • Wednesday, November 25th is still a Virtual Day for all RED and WHITE TEAM students

    There are no classes on November 26th or 27th for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

    HEY CARDINALS!!! - We are in a Virtual Football Text Competition against the Harper Creek Beavers through WIN 98.5 radio. If we get more texts sent to the competition, we win $1,000 for our school! You can only vote once per cell phone number this week and the competition ends this Sunday at 11:59 PM, so get all of your friends to help out. To help us defeat the Beavers, text the word Cardinals to 80373 before Sunday night.

    Seniors! Vote for your Class of 2021 Senior Song Final Vote before 3 PM Thursday. Choices are "I'll Be There For You" by the Rembrandts, "You're Gonna Miss This” by Trace Adkins, "My Wish" by Rascal Flatts, and "I'll Always Remember You" by Hannah Montana. The final selection will be announced during halftime at Friday's home football game.

    We know that this has been a very different fall and start to the school year for everyone, but particularly for our seniors, so we are Celebrating Seniors this week with a couple of other new and additional events! Read all about it here.

    Any Senior who does not have Personal Finance needs to see Mrs. Warner today in her room (Rm. 124) to sign the Senior Spirit Banner for this Friday.

    Based on the recommendation from our local health department in regards to social distancing requirements and the current COVID status of our county, we are postponing our annual December Snowball Dance at this time until January 16th in hopes that certain conditions improve by then.

    Flu season is coming and particularly this year with COVID also still spreading, it is especially important to get your flu shot this year. Tamara, the school nurse, can do it for you, right here at school. Stop into the clinic today to schedule your appointment.

    For Friday's last home football game vs. Western, students can register online to get a ticket to the game. Students need to register using this game ticket reservation link and may reserve one ticket per student. The total number of tickets is limited, so please understand that seniors will be given first preference if signed up by Tuesday. After Wednesday, any remaining tickets will be made available to the public.

    Students interested in taking Segment I or II drivers education next year: Coach B's Driving School has his 2021 schedule online. Prices are the same as last year. Classes are filling up fast because of the low prices. You can go online to Coach B's website or get a class schedule from Mr Stevens. But you need to pick your class date now before it fills up.
