    Happy Birthday today to Riley Baker, Dezirae Kling, Mrs. Heaton, and Mrs. Lowder!

    AP Tests are being ordered after school today. Deposits must be turned in for a test to be ordered.

    Miss Hoorman's 7th Hour class is to report to Mrs. Warner's room, Rm. 124.

    Jostens will be here today during all 3 lunches to distribute graduation announcements. Today is also the last day to order your cap and gown.

    Final payment and all forms are due for the senior trip no later than this Friday. Please turn in all items to Mrs. Lowder. Checks can be written to CHS Class of 2019. You must sign up online by that date to get the trip insurance. Email Mrs. Lowder for the link if interested. There are 2 spots available if anyone is still interested in signing up.

    As part of Spring Fever Week today, cookies will be for sale between 3rd and 4th hours for only 50¢.

    Spring Fever Week continues tomorrow with 60’s/Tie-Day Day!

    Variety Show tickets are on sale in the main lobby every day before school until they sell out. Tickets are only $1.00, and all money raised goes to the American Cancer Society. You must purchase a ticket and show it to your 7th Hour teacher in order to go to the show on Thursday.

    Attention Juniors and Seniors: Prom tickets are now on sale before school and in Mrs. MacArthur's room. Tickets are $50 and include dinner. Prom is being held at the Potawatomi Inn at Pokagon State Park on April 27th. Tickets will also be sold the 2 weeks after Spring Break. Anyone planning to bring a guest from another school must turn in a completed approval form by April 24th.

    ENTER to WIN today during lunch. Your cashiers will be handing out short surveys and you can fill them out to win prizes. Chartwells is giving away 5 basketballs and 5 bowling pins that are autographed by Coldwater Cardinal Varsity Basketball and Varsity Bowling Teams. Just fill out the survey, include your name if you want entered into the drawing, and put the survey in our ballot boxes in the cafeteria. Prizes will be awarded after Spring Break.

    A reminder of the Health Science Hybrid dual enrollment meeting scheduled for student AND parents of those interested in the Health Hybrid program. The meeting will be held at the Branch Area Careers Center tomorrow at 6 PM. This meeting is mandatory for parents/students to get information on the dual enrollment courses Psych and Comm. through KCC. The parent also will need to sign the contract to allow the students to enroll in the courses.

    Attention all Junior girls interested in attending Girls State: The American Legion Auxiliary Girls State Program is available to those girls completing their Junior year of high school who have an interest in government, law, social studies, politics, journalism, and/or current events. The objective is to provide hands on training in city, county, and state government simulation activities. Girls State is held at Michigan State University June 16-22. As this is a paid event sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary, applications are required and interviews and selection will be handled by the Legion members. Please see Mrs. Krzyzanski in the Guidance Office for an application and to set up your interview. Deadline to apply is this Thursday.

    Scholarships available for Emergency Medical Services Training. If you are thinking about becoming a Medical First Responder, EMT, or Paramedic, apply at www.lifecareems.org or call 269-969-8844 for an application. All applications are due April 30, 2019.

    Coldwater Eagles #1907 Scholarship Applications are now available. Applicants must have a parent or grandparent of applicant be a member in good standing for at least one year of Coldwater Eagles #1907 in order to be eligible. In addition to the application, applicants must provide a list of Eagle participation and or community service/volunteer work, a typed personal essay of 400 words or more by the applicant regarding his/her professional goals and aspirations, three letters of recommendation, two of which need to be from a respectable source from your current school and one from a non-school source, copies of any news clippings, awards, achievements, and any other pertinent information regarding your worthiness for consideration, most current photograph of the graduate (if possible a Senior portrait) which will be used for publicity purposes of the scholarship recipients.  Applicants are asked to please submit all pages bound together in a report folder. Applications must be mailed or returned in a sealed envelope to the Coldwater Eagles #1907, Attention Scholarship Chairperson by the close of the business day on April 1 to the Eagles at 331 Butters Ave, Coldwater, MI 49036. Questions call 517-279-8611. The application for the Eagles #1907 Scholarship will be available in the Guidance Office until Friday.

    Students interested in taking Segment One drivers education in June or October at the BACC: Coach B's Driving School is running programs during the above months. Classes are filling up fast so if you would like to take drivers education you need to reserve your spot now. You can do this by going to Coach B's website or getting an information form from Mr. Stevens in Rm. 148.
