CrossFit Youth Athletic Development Camps
Once again, Fortitude Strength & Conditionsing, home of CrossFit Coldwater, is teaming up with Coldwater Schools for a youth Speed & Agility Summer Program for students entering 3rd through 8th Grade.
WHAT: Focus on Speed, Strength, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Power, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, and Accuracy
WHEN: Every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday, June 17-28 and July 8-19
WHO: 3rd-5th Grade, 3-3:45 PM - Focus on basic movement patterns, 10 general physical skills, fun, and general fitness
WHO: 6th-8th Grade, 3:45-4:30 PM - Focus on more complex movement patterns, introduction to weightlifting, and introduction to sport specific movements
