2023-24 Class Enrollment

Here are the forms for enrolling in LMS classes for the 2023-24 school year:

• Teacher Request Form (Must be submitted by May 12, 2023)
• Incoming 6th Grade Class Enrollment (Must be submitted by March 22, 2023)
• Incoming 7th Grade Class Enrollment (Must be submitted by April 21, 2023)
• Incoming 8th Grade Class Enrollment (Must be submitted by April 10, 2023)
