Halloween was a success! We had so much fun seeing all of our students dressed up in costumes!

Halloween was a big hit, as you can imagine. The kids were so delighted to have the opportunity to parade in costume through the Laurels! We are grateful the weather held off until our return!

At Jefferson, we believe in building relationships. Mrs. Johnson has been inviting her students to "lunch bunch." This is a great time to strengthen relationships between students and staff!

Collaborative learning is important! Mrs. Hodge's class has been working in partnerships to recount stories. They have been pausing to think about the story and analyzing the characters together.

We are so fortunate to be a critical part of training new teachers. Many classrooms currently host students from Trine University who are in their final year of school. These students will interact and build relationships with students, observe teachers, and teach lessons. It is such an honor to host them! In these photos, Mrs. Hodge's class is practicing building arrays with blocks as a part of their Trine student's lesson.
