Today was a fantastic day! We enjoyed celebrating our special guests! Thank you to all of the grandparents, parents, and extraordinary people who attended the event! We loved seeing you!

Good Afternoon, Jefferson Families,
This is a message regarding bus #8, the driver of which is Jess. We had to evacuate the bus this afternoon due to mechanical and smoke issues. Students were placed on bus 14 to continue their ride home safely. We appreciate the students exiting the bus quickly and listening for directions. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Again, this is only bus 8, and the driver is Jess.
Check out our Title One Video.

Here is a letter explaining tonight's events

Third graders got to experience the farm today at the Branch Area Career Center! What an amazing experience! We learned a lot, and got to pet some of the animals. We learned how bees are kept, what all sorts of farm animals eat, and we learned how to care for the animals.

We were all excited about our first popcorn day at Jefferson!
Jefferson Families,
We had our first fire drill this morning. Students did an amazing job following our safety plan and listening for instructions. Students practiced the county-wide expectations to pause, evaluate, and evacuate.
See flyer about the upcoming Booster Meeting.

Jefferson Families,
One of our students pulled the fire alarm this afternoon. The fire and police department responded. There was no fire or emergency, and all students and staff were always safe. We appreciate the quick response of our local authorities. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office at 517-279-5970.
MEET MISS MOLLY!

Thank you to the Branch County Sheriff's Department and Wal-Mart DC for the notebooks. Our students are very grateful.

Good Evening Jefferson Families,
Thank you for sharing your child with us this year. We had an amazing first day where we learned about expectations throughout the building and how to earn tickets to use for shopping at our school store. Dismissal went well and we appreciate your patience. Students and staff went home tired which means it was a successful day!
Can't wait to see your child tomorrow!
