EVENT CANCELLATION UPDATE, 4/16/2026: Due to inclement field conditions, today's (4/16/2026) varsity softball and JV baseball home games against Three Rivers have been cancelled. The softball doubleheader has been rescheduled for Friday, April 17th. In addition, girls tennis at Lakeview has been cancelled.

Due to cold gametime temperatures, tonight's (4/7/2026) scheduled baseball and softball games against Gull Lake (varsity at Gull Lake, JV at Coldwater) have been rescheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 8th.
Due to a family emergency, tonight's (2/12/2026) Pre-Festival Choir Concert has been cancelled. A makeup date will be announced as soon as possible.
Due to illness running through the Harper Creek girls basketball teams, tonight's (2/6/2026) JV and varsity girls basketball games against Harper Creek have been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 18 (JV at 4:30 PM, Varsity at 6 PM).
The scheduled varsity boys basketball game against Harper Creek will start at 6 PM tonight, with Senior Night ceremonies preceding the game at 5:45 PM.
The NHS Cake Auction will take place in the cafeteria from 5-7 PM tonight, along with a Senior Class soup fundraiser.
Tonight's (1/27/2026) scheduled boys basketball games against Portage Central have been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict and the cancellation of classes at Portage Public Schools.
All CHS and LMS athletic events have been cancelled for today (1/22/2026) due to inclement weather.

CHS will be hosting a parent meeting for all 10th Grade students and parent/guardians who are interested to learn more or ask questions about the Early College program.
The Early College program is an opportunity for students to earn free college credits while still in high school. In the Early College program, students will extend their high school experience in a "13th year" to earn one (or more) of the following: substantial transferable college credits, a technical or career certificate, and/or an Associate degree.
Interested 10th graders must complete an application for the Early College program.
