  • Meet Up & Learn Elementary Summer Learning Challenge!

We are challenging all of our elementary students to set a summer learning goal of 100 minutes of literacy (reading and writing) and 100 minutes of math per week throughout the summer. We've included some fun ideas to get started, but students can meet their goals by spending time doing anything related to literacy and math. Students can record their daily and weekly learning time on the Meet Up & Learn Literacy & Math Logs.

Starting on Wednesday, June 23rd, students can bring their completed Logs to the Meet Up & Learn Program on Wednesdays between 11 AM-1 PM at Legg Middle School in the upper level of the gym. This is a drop-in program for parents and students to enjoy together. This program will run from 6/23/21-8/11/21.

At the Meet Up & Learn Program, students and parents can enjoy some fun learning activities, select books, games, and prizes for meeting the student's goal, and pick up food from the Meet Up & Eat Up program! If you have any questions about the Meet Up & Learn Program, please call 517-279-5910.

We are so proud of what our students have learned this school year and we hope everyone will keep learning and growing this summer through the Meet Up and Learn Program!
