• Thursday, April 9, 11 AM-6 PM

Max Larsen Elementary School, 25 Parkhurst Ave., Coldwater, MI

HOW:

Registration is by appointment; call 517-279-5960 to schedule an appointment.

PARENTS, PLEASE BRING:

• Child's birth certificate

• Child's immunization records

• Your driver's license

• Proof of residency utility bill, rent bill, or mortgage statement

DURING REGISTRATION:

• Basic paperwork provided to parents

• Students will be assessed

• Free Dental, Vision & Hearing Screening provided

• Students will be photographed

Children who will be turning five (5) years of age between September 1, 2026 and December 1, 2026 are able to register with a signed school readiness waiver.
