Coldwater Community Schools is accepting bid proposals for new Reach-In Freezers and a Milk Cooler for Max Larsen Elementary and a new Dishwasher at Lakeland Elementary.

All proposals must be received by 1:30 PM on Monday, April 20, 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.

Scope of the project

The project involves providing two Reach-In Freezers, a Milk Cooler, and a Dishwasher that meets or exceed the specifications attached. Vendors are invited to submit bids for any one piece or all pieces of equipment. All bids must include the cost of installation, electrical as specified, and freight. The equipment must be delivered and fully installed no later than June 30th, 2026.
